On November 15–16, 2025, Live 4 Help Foundation, in partnership with Erbe Medical India Pvt Ltd, conducted a humanitarian relief program in the remote villages of Kuilapahari and Beriathol, located near Susunia Hill under the Gangajalghati block in Bankura District, West Bengal. These villages, situated approximately 250 kilometres from Kolkata, are predominantly inhabited by tribal communities, most of whom are landless agricultural labourers facing chronic unemployment and underemployment. As a result, malnutrition remains a significant concern within these populations.

A dedicated team of volunteers, led by Anirban Chattopadhyay, visited the villages to distribute essential relief materials. The initiative provided the following support to the residents:

  • Blankets: Distributed to assist families in preparing for the approaching winter season.
  • Mosquito Nets: Supplied to mitigate the risk of fatalities caused by snake and scorpion bites, which are prevalent during sleep.
  • Protein-rich Food Items: Red lentils and chickpeas were distributed to address nutritional deficiencies and improve overall health.

The relief program reached 93 families, encompassing a total adult population of 454 individuals. In total, 182 blankets and 108 mosquito nets were distributed.

Live 4 Help Foundation expresses its sincere appreciation to Erbe Medical India Pvt Ltd for their generous sponsorship and to Anirban Chattopadhyay for exemplary leadership in executing the program. Photographic documentation of the event underscores the substantial positive impact that targeted assistance can have on underprivileged communities.
